WAYS TO DONATE
INTERAC e-transfers – Through your online banking, make a donation to Pacific Spirit United Church at email donations@pacificspirituc.com . Please include your name, address, and telephone number in the message box for tax receipt purposes.

We would gratefully receive donations through Canada Helps with which we are registered. Please keep in mind that Canada Helps retains a 4% transaction fee for one-time donations and 3.5% for monthly donations.
PAR – sign up for regular donations by way of automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account.
The PAR (pre-authorized remittance) form can be accessed HERE. Please complete, sign and mail a copy of the form together with a void cheque to the Pacific Spirit United Church office. Already on PAR and wish to change your monthly donation or make a special donation? Simply contact
accountant@pacificspirituc.com with your instructions.
Envelopes - For those who prefer using weekly or monthly envelopes, these can be placed in the
offering plate on entry to worship service. Alternatively, we would be grateful to receive your offerings
through good, old-fashioned mail. You might consider providing post-dated cheques for added
convenience.
Gifts of Securities – A gift of shares or other securities can have significant tax benefits in certain
circumstances and is easily facilitated by our investment team. Please see the LINK for more information on how to make a donation.
Income Tax Receipts are issued for all donations over $25. Because of the year-round nature of
donations, tax receipts are issued once a year in early February unless an earlier receipt is requested.
